HSFC Foundation accepts refund requests under the following conditions:
1. Transaction errors (duplicate payments or incorrect amounts).
2. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions reported within 7 days.
3. Cancellation of a recurring donation (applicable from the next billing cycle).
All refund requests must be submitted via email to hsfcfoundationorg@gmail.com with the transaction details.
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited through the original payment method.
Donations made towards completed projects or utilized funds are non-refundable.
Tax exemption receipts issued against donations cannot be canceled.

Volunteers must adhere to the code of conduct outlined by the HSFC Foundation during their participation in our programs.
HSFC Foundation reserves the right to terminate volunteer agreements in cases of misconduct or non-compliance with our policies.
